Role Overview:

Seeking Business Analyst with Insurance expertise to analyze requirements, design solutions and implement client requirements over Configurable product ensuring quality, efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have experience on Insurance, Annuity products
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one DBMS
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document software requirements, along with hands-on experience in planning and executing comprehensive software testing.
• Ability to design and optimize business processes, coupled with expertise in performing RCAs.
• Ability to prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in development and Support projects
• Experience with Agile methodology and working in a dynamic environment
• Establishes and maintains a close-working relationship with all project stakeholders and technical staff to ensure alignment between solutions being delivered to business goals.
• Possesses the required technical knowledge to manage all aspects of an Information Technology project
• Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills
• Having Life insurance certifications such as LOMA will be added advantage
