As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized beauty advice to our clients. This role requires a strong knowledge of beauty products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting organic and sustainable beauty products. Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty industry Strong knowledge of beauty. products and trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about organic and sustainable beauty Ability to provide personalized customer service Creative problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Experience with handling retail sales and customer billing systems Roles And Responsibilities Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, including skincare, makeup, and haircare recommendations Educate customers on the benefits of organic and sustainable beauty products Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences Demonstrate and promote the use of beauty products through in-store events and demonstrations Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional shopping experience for customers
