Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Delivery Manager with strong experience in the banking industry . The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend solutions to enhance banking operations, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Assess existing banking processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Work with IT and development teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for new banking products and services.
- Support the implementation of new banking solutions, ensuring they align with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful implementation of banking systems and processes.
- Keep up to date with banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
