Job Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations at Gigmo Solutions, ensuring a seamless flow of productivity and innovation. - Define and execute operations strategy, structure, and processes in line with our mission to drive growth. - Monitor performance indicators to identify. efficiency issues early and propose actionable solutions. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all operational phases and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Coordinate support across the company, ensuring all departments work synergistically. - Interview, hire, train, and mentor operations management team members, promoting a culture of learning and excellence. - Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team, offering insights and strategies for sustained growth. Qualifications/Skills: - Proven leadership capabilities with a strong sense of objectivity and excellent client management skills. - Demonstrated ability in project and budget management, with a keen eye for detail. - A robust understanding of business principles and a strategic mindset for growth and improvement. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a growth mindset. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to build consensus in high-pressure situations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel. Education and Experience Requirements: - Bachelors degree in business, accounting, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent graduate degree is preferred. - 15+ years of supervisory experience in operations or a related field in technology environment, with a track record of managing multiple teams.
