Job Description

Responsible for managing North Zone in terms of smooth L & D architecture in the zone.
Worked closely with the Zonal business leaders to assess training needs;
led a team of 20-25 trainers & 2-3 RTM's for the implementation of a training calendar.

Required Candidate profile

Manage 5-6 States
Strategizing training programs through liaison with Business Heads, creating relevant content & executing through Channel Training Heads, Channel Training Leads & Training Managers
