Job Profile-

• Have to resolute customers query over calls
• Should be between 18 to 35 Years

Shift Timing

Male/Females - Rotational shifts

6 days working

Sunday fix off

Salary-

15k to 23k in hand + incentives up to 3K per month

Other requirement-

• Customer orientation.
• Knowledge about banking (RTGS, Debit , Credit, NEFT, internet banking)
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
• 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
• comfortable in rotational shifts
