Job Description TRS (Fintech segment) AD/Director
We are looking to hire CA /LLB professionals in our Tax & Regulatory Services Practice.
Details of the role are as follows:
Experience
- 5- 10 Years of experience in the legal/consulting/Financial Services field
- Should have handled advisory and/or compliance projects in FinTech Regulatory space
- Experience of interaction with/representation before Regulators like RBI/SEBI
- Experience of handling large and demanding clients
- Good to have - Led/handled health checks or due diligence
- Good to have - Experience of handling regulator audits
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Keeping up-to-date on regulatory developments and trends in the FinTech sector
- Leading execution and client delivery
- Conducting regulatory health checks and developing remediation plans
- Helping clients with regulatory approvals, registrations, compliance and other requirements
- Advising clients on complex regulatory issues and assist with implementation
- Assisting clients navigate regulatory audits/enquiries
- Representing clients before regulatory authorities
- Participating in Ideation and creation of new offerings for the FinTech sector
- Help clients analyse and understand regulatory aspects of new and existing FinTech products, services and technologies
- Managing relationships with clients, regulators, institutional partners, referrers
- Interacting and developing relationships with FinTech counterparts in other practice verticlas
- Developing and training team
- Assisting with GTM and proposals
- Participating in multi-disciplinary FinTech proposals/engagements
- Assisting in developing thought leadership
- Developing collaterals
- Perform other duties as assigned.
