Engineer / Sr.Engineer Quality for EMS quality

1.The person should know about the ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949: 2016 standards.

2.Monitoring customer requirements.

3.Preparing the PPAP (PFD,Control plan, FMEA etc) documents for new products.

4.Coorporating with customer Audits and ensuring audit findings closure.

5.Responsible for EMS line (SMT & THT Line) quality function.

6.Should have knowledge about EMS product & process requirements

7.Certified internal quality auditor for ISO 9001:2015

8.Preparing the work instruction / SOP for all the process.

9.Handling customer complaints by using G8D technique & 7QC tools.

10.Effectiveness monitoring for the countermeasures taken.

11.Improving the process capability for SC & CC characters.

12.Identifying the areas of improvement.

13.Guide the Inspection team to carry out Inspection activity.

14.Monitoring the Customer Score card in customer portal and reporting to management.

15.Taking corrective actions for internal line rejections.
