Job Description
Responsibilities: Works as a member of the ERP Product Manager during the implementation phase of ERP systems and subsequently for the DevOps manager when the systems are fully deployed:- Successfully completes administrator training for each ERP system module introduced,
- Drives ERP system testing,
- Transforms and loads initial system data,
- Conducts analyses to verify integration on new ERP modules with existing systems,
- Maintains system defect and change request logs,
- In response to change requests approved by the Business Lead and IT ERP Product Manager:
- Updates system configurations,
- Develops custom reports,
- Trains new users,
- Responds to user support requests,
- Performs administrative functions required to maintain the integrity of the system and to facilitate reporting.
- Minimum of two years' experience performing administrative functions in a service desk or IT system operations environment.
- In-depth knowledge of modern system operations and maintenance standards, practices and tools including configuration management, regression testing, and security access controls,
- Proficiency in use of configuration and change management tools,
- Proven ability to rapidly take on administrative capabilities for new systems,
- Prior ERP system administration experience.
- Good communication skills,
- Customer-focused mind set,
- Strong organizational and analytical skills,
- Thrives in a collaborative environment,
- Able to manage ambiguity and tolerate stress.

- Education & Experience
