Your Role

• Candidate should have basic understanding of Facility for any Retail Setup
• Managing Facility and Maintenance through field team PAN India Basis
• Good Network of Vendors for Housekeeping and R&M works at stores
• Managing the AMCs for all equipment Freezer Machine, ACs, Fire Extinguisher for all the stores.
• Preventing Check for house keeping and measurement to improve the same.
• Root Cause analysis for breakdown call for all equipment and proving solutions to improve the performance.
• Ensuring Maintenance call resolution within given TAT.
• Creating and Managing the MIS for all Facility related activity and presenting it to Management for Monthly review.

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any field. Candidate with technical background will be prefered
• Good Communication skill
• Good Interpersonal Skills
