Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the South region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, brokers, and channel partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient operations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs for the sales team.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful sales management in the housing finance industry.
• Strong understanding of the real estate and mortgage market in the South region.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Experience with LOS software and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel within the South region as needed.
• Strong organizational and time
