JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage a team of 8 to 10 Sales Managers & 200 to 300 agents. (Each sales manager will have about 20 to 30 agents). will be responsible for sales of I-direct A/cs per month.
• Guide & motivate the sales managers and the agents on activities to be done to get the sales. Review their performance on a daily basis.
• Deal with center managers of I-direct centers, Branch managers of ICICI Bank, other ICICI Bank groups like salary account team& Investment services team for local promotion activities and potential cross sell opportunities for selling ICICIdirect accounts
• Interact with HR Managers, Admin managers of various corporates to get permissions for help desk, activities etc to sell ICICIdirect accounts.
• Track competition.
