Key Responsibilities Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to forecast demand accurately. Analyze large datasets using R, Python, and SQL to extract insights and identify patterns. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Utilize various data sources to enhance forecasting accuracy and reliability. Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Evaluate model performance and make. continuous improvements to forecasting methodologies. Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in demand forecasting and data science. Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Scientist or similar role with a focus on demand forecasting. Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL. Strong understanding of statistical modeling, time series analysis, and machine learning techniques. Experience with demand forecasting tools and methodologies. Solid grasp of data visualization techniques and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
