As an Analytics Manager at GeoIQ, you will play a crucial role in shaping the data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. You will lead a dynamic team of analysts, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development and implementation of analytics strategies. Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Team Leadership: Provide guidance on analytical methodologies, best practices, and professional development. Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute the analytics strategy aligned with business goals and objectives. Analytics Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements. Data Analysis and Modeling: Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data sources. Data Analysis and Modeling: Utilize statistical modeling techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Reporting and Visualization: Oversee the creation of clear and impactful data visualizations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Reporting and Visualization: Ensure the delivery of timely and accurate reports that support informed decision-making. Data Quality and Governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical findings. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e. g., Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics). 4+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (e. g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
