Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Greet and assist customers, identifying their requirements to suggest suitable products.
Provide fashion and styling recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
Sales & Team Target Achievement:
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets through effective sales techniques.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage stock levels.
Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with backend inventory teams for stock updates and transfers.
Visual Merchandising:
Maintain attractive store displays as per brand guidelines.
Regularly update mannequins and visual themes based on promotions and trends.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
Follow company SOPs for smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in fashion retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in fashion and an eye for current trends.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.
Minimum: High school diploma;
Preferred: Degree in fashion or related fields.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed monthly salary: 18,000-27,000
