In case, you are in Kolkata, we would request you to attend Walk-in drive to Kolkata Campus.
Venue - Wipro Limited, Kolkata Campus Gate 2(Salt Lake Bypass, Sector 5, Block Dm, Salt Lake City, Kolkata, West Bengal).
Timing - 12:00pm to 1pm.
What to be carried:
Please carry any one govt ID proof, along with your updated resume.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation: Associate
Eligibility:
- Any Fresher/Experience can apply.
- Any undergraduate/Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate (except LLB) can apply.
- Currently pursuing from regular university are not eligible.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with working in night shifts (24/7).
- Must be an immediate joiner.
- Must be comfortable with Voice process.
- Must be comfortable with WORK FROM OFFICE.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Resolving customer queries.
- Handling Customer information with Integrity and Sensitivity.
- Ability to learn and apply detailed procedures
- Answering questions from customers about the features and capabilities of our Products
- Handle complaints and objections effectively should try to resolve the same without escalation
- Quickly and accurately performing multi-tasks like talking, listening, documenting information, seeking information and problem solving
- Probing and discovering customers needs and understand customer view point
- Transfer incorrect customer contact to the correct department
