Job Description
Role/ Job Title: Operations Manager - Digital Lending
Function/ Department: Digital Lending
Job Purpose:
The role bearer has the responsibility to handle Disbursal and Collection transaction flow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Should have a good understanding of end-to-end Disbursal and Collection transaction flow integrated via API with the partner.
- Handling daily Disbursal and Collection reconciliation exceptions for various partners like Flipkart, Amazon, CRED etc
- Ensure timely receipt of complete Disbursal and Collection reports from Partner & Payment gateway.
- Identifying and analyzing the root cause of transaction failure integrated with various partners via API.
- Liaison with various stakeholders in Operations, Partnerships, Product and IT team for solutioning the gaps identified, in order to clear the recon exceptions.
- Assist in reducing the number of outstanding items and ensure zero pendency in high ageing bucket.
- Mitigating risk by prevention of potential revenue loss.
- Improve customer experience by ensuring that the stuck transactions are resolved in a timely manner.
