We are having an opening for Manager-Manufacturing IT at our Mumbai location.

Job summary:

Drive the multiple Mfg. IT initiatives covering MES, e-logbook, PPMS etc. in close coordination with the plant team, local IT & central team to execute the project as per the scope and timelines defined. Incumbent will act a technical project manager who shall own solution architecture and ensure the project delivery as per the deliverables defined.

Areas of responsibilities:

• Lead the business requirement gathering discussion with multiple stakeholders and come up with the Business Requirement document.
• Designing and developing the Technical and functional specification document for the project and drive the execution of the same with the technical team (internal & vendor/partners)
• End to end project management activities covering Requirement analysis, technical feasibility analysis, solution design, implementation, Go-live and Hypercare.
• Functional understanding of the manufacturing processes Pharma experience preferred
• Hands-on knowledge of integrating the plant systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI) with the IT systems (ISA 95, ISA 88)
• Experience in Delivering solutions in the key Industry 4.0 areas preferably in pharma space - Connected machines, AR/VR, Data analytics, MES etc.
• Exposure and understanding of GMP, 21 CFR part 11, Gamp 5 and Pharma specific compliances
• Good Understanding of CSV techniques like IQ, OQ, PQ etc
• End to end implementation experience of MES (Werum PAS X, Rockwell FTPS, Siemens) etc. in pharma industry is preferred
• Job will require travel to different plant location (approx. 20-25% of time)

Skills:

• Plant automation covering IT-OT integration (ISA 95, ISA 88 standards)
• Understanding of protocols like Ethernet, Profibus, OPC UA/DA etc
• Understanding of OPC based plant architecture (Matrikon or kepware)
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, IPC, DCS systems

Experience:

3-6 years of Manufacturing IT experience preferably in the Pharma/Lifesciences industry with MES implementation (atleast one full cycle)

Educational qualifications:

BE/B Tech (Required) + MBA (preferred)
