Job Description
Lounge Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a lounge, ensuring high standards of customer service, staff management, and operational efficiency. They manage staff, maintain a pleasant and safe environment, and work to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Leading, motivating, and directing lounge staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Customer Service:
Ensuring guests receive excellent service, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience.
Operational Management:
Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintenance of the lounge environment.
Financial Management:
Contributing to financial performance by managing costs, monitoring sales, and potentially assisting with budgeting.
Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, liquor laws, and company policies.
Marketing and Promotion:
Contributing to marketing efforts to attract and retain customers.
Menu Development:
