Role Summary
We are currently seeking a talented SME specializing in Decipher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing custom setups and solutions Python, JQuery and JScript in Decipher.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently on setting up complex surveys in Decipher.
- Work on complex quota setups and updates during fieldwork.
- Build custom setups and solutions Python, JQuery and JScript in Decipher.
- Guide the client in more effective ways of administering the question.
- Guide and train the team on Decipher, including best practices and more effective ways of coding.
- Review the material provided by client to identify gaps that can create challenges in analysing the data or missing metrics.
- Review program from the team to identify short comings and missed scenarios.
- Be able to debug scripts and code written by other programmers.
- Be able to analyse data (excel, SPSS, SQL) to identify data issues and the source of the issue.
- Sample management on Decipher
- Master Client s standards and processes
- Set processes and best practices for the team
- Design and build field status reports
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s or advanced degree/BSC/MSc, BCA, MCA, BE/BTech and MTech.
Competencies Desired
- Proven experience as SME, preferably in Market Research domain.
- Expertise in Decipher
- Willing to work in 7:00 PM-4:00 AM shift
