Responsible for ETL/data processing. Monitoring data traffic & schedules. Capturing changes & escalating as required. Improving existing processes. Ad-hoc data tools & customization. Identifying inconsistencies & variances. Timeline management & reporting. Execution of calculations. Filing validations & sanity checks. Should be proficient in handling data analysis and conducting logical reasoning to solve complex data-related problems Strong SQL Skills, including the ability to write and optimize SQL queries, work with complex data structures, and extract meaningful insights from data Analyze complex data sets, trace data through intricate logic, and apply critical thinking to understand and solve data-related issues The role involves transforming and manipulating data efficiently. Candidates should be capable of taking raw data and using complex logic to transform it based on client requirements Gather requirements from clients regarding data transformation and reporting needs. Effective communication Skills are essential for understanding and meeting client expectations Familiarity with ETL reporting tools, such as SSRS or Power BI, is beneficial but not mandatory. These tools can be used for creating data reports and visualizations This role is data-centric and focuses on tasks related to data analysis, SQL, logical reasoning, and data transformation. Candidates with strong data-driven backgrounds and experience in handling complex data structures, SQL, and logical reasoning are well-suited for this role. Qualifications. Relevant Bachelors degree with a focus or strong math or stats Skills. Experience within finance industry. Strong SQL knowledge. Strong ETL knowledge. Strong data analysis Skills. Ability to communicate in English both verbally and written Essential Skills. Communicates clearly, consistently and efficiently, both verbally and in writing to clients. Advanced problem-solving capabilities with the ability to articulate complicated concepts to team members and clients. Ability to remain calm, objective, and professional in a fast paced and demanding environment where efficient management of multiple competing tasks is required. Self-starter and highly motivated capable of working effectively on individual tasks in the context of a highly collaborative team environment. Understands industry trends and be innovative in ways to transform and optimize processes. Able to work independently but also be a team player.
