Job Description
Designation: Intern
Role: Influencer Marketing
Department: ePharmacy
Location: Gurgaon
Brief about the Team
- Consumer Products team is a center of excellence within the Category Management vertical of Tata 1mg.
- The team works closely with the org-wide leadership team, business, product, growth, and category teams to identify & execute opportunities to launch consumer products under Tata 1mg brand name.
- The team works to identify consumer product opportunities & develops in-depth understanding of products to be launched. The team work with vendor partners for developing high quality products & owns the complete lifecyle of product from conceptualising to owning sales across channels.
- The projects span across business verticals including e-pharma, institutional business, e-diagnostics and retail.
- The business sells D2C healthcare products across other online channels such as Az, Fk, Blinkit, Swiggy etc.
What will you do?
- Scout & Research: Identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube & other platforms
aligned to campaigns.
- Coordinate & Engage: Manage outreach, briefing, and timelines for influencer partnerships.
- Track & Monitor: Maintain databases, update trackers, and follow up on deliverables and story
reposts.
- Support Campaign Execution: Help with scheduling, feedback loops, asset collation, and backend
documentation.
What we are looking for
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or
a related field.
- Strong passion for digital content, social media, and influencer culture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel & Instagram analytics is a plus.
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
