Job Description
- New hire coordination
- Employee Personal Files updation.
- Handling complete process of Health Insurance and Life insurance
- Attendance & leave management
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, complete ownership of compensation, and payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
What You Know:
- Should have 3+ years of experience in HR in a reputed organization
- Creating Data dashboard on different aspects of Employee life cycle, payroll data etc
- Exit management
- Coordinating Employee engagement activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills/Excellent skills in written & verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on the meeting.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
