Roles and Responsibilities

  • Take calls from recruiters & jobseekers and do outbound calling on feedback received
  • To build knowledge-based relationship with recruiters and understand nitty-gritty of clients.
  • Identifying jobseekers & recruiters query and provide solutions
  • Reach out to new recruiters and explain to them the benefits of Job Hai and help them in posting new jobs on the platform.
