Role & responsibilities:
1. Handling Team of 15+ FOCO Advisors & Driving Revenue from clients mapped to them on
Equity, Derivatives, currency Markets.
2. Achieving the targets set for Team on Cross-selling of IP products like MF-SIPs, IAP, TGS,
Insurance & PMS/ AIFs.
3. Creation of revenue & Activation of Inactive clients through effective Advisory Drive and
Terminal Operations
4. Helping & training the Team to Handling Queries & complains of client's & solving it within
TAT.
5. Achieving the targets set for Team on Acquiring new clients & retaining the old clients by
periodic meetings.
6. Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of client's financial requirements, analysing
information & recommending portfolios.
7. Monitoring, Motivating & enhancing FOCO Advisors (Team) Advising skills through call
tracking, weekly targets & meetings, con calls.
8. Visiting respective franchisees where FOCO advisors are placed
9. Daily/ Weekly & Monthly Review with BAs along with FOCO advisors
10. Monthly Review with HO-Seniors
