Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers and accelerate their growth by providing thoughtful feedback, technical mentorship, and effectively manage performance
Identify and grow leaders within the teams, setting them up for success through mentorship and coaching
Partner with senior engineers to build and champion a long-term tech roadmap to reduce operational burden, ensure scalability, reduce risk, and push the team towards step-changes in operational sustainability
Collaborate across teams to prioritize, build and align strategies that improve organizations ability to scale
Demonstrated experience leading cross-team engineering efforts from analysis of requirements and scoping, shipping, to operating in production
Deep systems background and value technical excellence.
Delivers well-engineered and durable solutions, leading technical discussions, design, and code reviews
Collaborate with product managers, and other engineering leads to define the goal, strategy and roadmap for the team.
Build an engineering team and lead them to realize their potential and effectively deliver impact.
Oversee the research, development, and deployment of AI-based products and IT services.
Cultivate a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the technology team.
Maintain current knowledge of technology trends and advancements, particularly in AI and IT services.
Work Experience / Educational Qualifications & Skills:
M.Tech / B.Tech / BE with min 6+ years in software engineering or similar role. Experience contributing to the system design or architecture (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
2+ years of leadership experience. Demonstrated track record of successful mentorship and accelerating reports growth, being an effective multiplier for the team.
Good Experience in Nodejs & Python full stack.
Experience building and training ML models.
Experience with software architecture, leadership, and technical guidance of large-scale implementation.
