About The Role.
Design and develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with business users to understand and document business requirements, and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.
Conduct data modelling and data analysis to ensure accurate data representation and visualization..
Optimize Power BI reports for performance and user experience, ensuring responsiveness and quick data retrieval.
Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy of data and functionality of dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the data connections, gateways, the power of service, report performance, and data accuracy.
Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information within the reports.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and trends to recommend enhancements and improvements.
About You.
Proven experience as a Power BI Report Developer or in a similar role..
Strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualization best practices..
Experience in creating Paginated Reports using Power BI Report Builder.
Experience in creating and configuration workflows using Power Automate.
Experience in configuring Virtual Data Gateway and Enterprise Data Gateway.
Solid understanding of data modelling, data analysis, and data transformation techniques..
Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating calculated columns and measures.
Familiarity with SQL and database querying..
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Experience: 5+ years.
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent studies.
Personal Characteristics, Skills & Knowledge.
A passion for healthcare, financial services, software development, and/or any combination of these disciplines.
Strong interest in learning new things and comfort in pushing new boundaries.
