Job Description

He / She will be responsible for productivity of the Branch, Accountable for overall profitability of the branch, responsible for recruitment, retention and development of Sales Managers & Agents of the branch
End-to-end ownership of branch.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate with Similar Experience in Life insurance from Agency background will be preferred.

To meet the Monthly / Quarterly / yearly revenue targets for the Branch
Owns the budgets for the location
