Job Description:

Tata 1mg is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Team Lead to oversee retail operations and team coordination in our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate must have over 3 years of experience in retail or pharmacy operations, with at least 1 year in a store management role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the store/pharmacy.
  
• Manage a team of pharmacists, assistants, and support staff.
  
• Ensure smooth execution of inventory, billing, and customer service processes.
  
• Monitor stock levels and place timely reorders.
  
• Drive in-store sales performance and ensure adherence to SOPs.
  
• Train and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
  
• Collaborate with regional operations teams and report KPIs.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or pharmacy operations.
  
• At least 1 year of hands-on store management experience.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
  
• Experience with healthcare or pharmacy retail will be a strong plus.
