Role Summary
We are currently seeking a talented Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering project requests from stakeholders, analyzing, and validating requirements, designing and authoring documentation, evaluating and incorporating approved changes to the requirements, and making project members aware of requirements and assisting program manager in obtaining their commitment.
- Defining user s needs, analyzing requirements, collecting facts, and organizing the information to design, retrieve data from various sources and systems.
- upporting project management and operations during scoping, requirements, and testing sessions.
- Maintaining high level of product and technical knowledge to maximize the effectiveness of support provided to the business.
- Creating functional specifications for system improvements Champions, coordinates, and manages the implementation and/or integration of system or new features for users including UAT testing and training.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
- Planning and monitoring projects with regular check on requirements.
- Work closely with clients to understand their operations and map those requirements and gaps to the system.
- Serve as subject matter expert role during product development.
- Validate the test results by QA and the Solution as per Business Requirement.
- Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Solution, Design Documentation, User Training, UAT, Go-Live Support are part of the activities.
- Co-ordinate with development team, Business users, Interface/external tool partners, end customers for requirement clarification and solution approach.
- Data Analysis on the customer s data to interpret and share inputs for improvements in business.
Qualifications
- 8-10 Years of experience.
- Must have Domain Knowledge: Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in managing the project backlogs, writing, and managing user stories using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
- Working knowledge of Scrum framework and agile ceremonies.
- Clear understanding of the requirement definition and analysis and testing phases.
- Functional and technical expertise related to the development and sustainment of logistics systems and applications.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Planning the scope of a project and directing the team.
- Assessing and analysing the inputs from stakeholders, and select the right plan of action.
