We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Oracle Redwood within the HCM space. This role requires expertise in at least two core HCM modules and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Lead and participate in the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Work extensively with Oracle Redwood UI, ensuring a seamless user experience and adopting best practices for HCM transformations.
• Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
• Provide expert-level support for at least two of the following modules:
• Oracle Core HR
• Oracle Recruitment Cloud
• Oracle Talent Management
• Oracle Workforce Compensation
• Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design system solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to streamline HR processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI and OTBI.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation for business users.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements and best practices.

• 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Implementation Support).
• Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Oracle Redwood within the HCM space.
• Expertise in at least two of the following Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM data model, security, workflows, and personalization.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle BI, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with clients and teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
