Job Description
What will you do
Supervise and train pharmacy retail store team members to ensure that they
provide excellent customer service, maintain product knowledge, and adhere to
company policies and procedures
Monitor the inventory levels of medications, medical equipment, and other
products, and place orders as needed to ensure that the store has sufficient
stock
Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and attractive to customers; and that
all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
Manage the cash register and oversee financial transactions, including
processing refunds and exchanges, and reconciling the cash drawer at the end of each shift
Provide exceptional customer service, including answering customer questions,
resolving complaints, and making recommendations for products and services
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to
promote growth and development within the organization
Work with the pharmacist and other healthcare professionals to ensure that all
prescriptions are accurately and in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and services, and
participate in continuing education and training opportunities as needed
What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Retail pharmacy
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers in a
friendly and professional manner
Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
