Utilize GDS systems such as Amadeus and Sabre for airline ticketing processes.
Engage in effective communication with customers in a voice-based environment.
Successfully complete the Amcat assessment with the specified threshold scores.

Required Candidate profile

Strictly Cluster 2 level - excellent spoken English understanding, grammar, fluency, active listening, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Willingness to work in 24*7 rotational shifts.
