Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Civil Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Designing efficient warehouse layouts for optimal storage and operations.
- Conducting site assessments to understand soil conditions and drainage.
- Collaborating with architects and engineers to create construction plans.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Managing construction schedules and budgets.
- Supervising construction crews and subcontractors.
- Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Providing technical support to resolve construction challenges.
- Coordinating with clients and government agencies for permits and approvals.
- Overseeing post-construction activities for functionality and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Open to both genders.
- Freshers or candidates with 3-4 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of construction codes and regulations.
- Ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic construction environment.
Other requirements
- Must be fluent in English both written and spoken and a good listener.
- Sharp communication skill.
- Integrity.
- Reliable and flexible.
- Knowledge of lean management principles.
