This job description is for the role of Senior Network Engineer / Principal Network Engineer with Aeries, for our preferred client, Constant Contact. In this role, you will be working directly for Constant Contact, as an employee of Aeries.

In 2021, Constant Contact partnered with Aeries to set up its GTC with an aim of consolidating the former s global operations in Bengaluru (Bangalore), India; with teams set up in the areas of IT, Engineering, Customer Support, and other General and Administrative functions.
The GTC is a dedicated center, focused on providing best practices, research, support, and training for specific business functions.

Job Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our cloud-based data infrastructure using AWS and Snowflake. You will collaborate with engineers, and other stakeholders to design, deploy, and maintain a robust data ecosystem that supports AMP team s initiatives. Your expertise in DevOps will be crucial in enhancing our pipelines.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our cloud-based data infrastructure using AWS and Snowflake. You will collaborate with engineers, and other stakeholders to design, deploy, and maintain a robust data ecosystem that supports AMP team s initiatives. Your expertise in DevOps will be crucial in enhancing our pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability while adhering to security best practices.
Pipeline Deployment: Collaborate with IT / engineering teams to deploy and maintain efficient pipelines.
Information Security: Integrate security controls into all aspects of the data infrastructure, including encryption, access control, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
CI/CD Implementation: Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for applications and services.
Support and Troubleshooting: Deploy updates and fixes, provide Level 2 technical support, and perform root cause analysis of production errors to resolve technical issues effectively.
Tool Development: Build tools to reduce the occurrence of errors and improve the customer experience, and develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Implement monitoring solutions to track data workflows and system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and support initiatives.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for architecture, processes, workflows, and security protocols to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
Qualifications:

- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security) are a plus.
