Roles and Responsibilities : Maintaining financial records

Handling accounts payable and receivable. Checking invoices. Resolving accounts to the general ledger. Issue invoices to clients. Inform clients of their outstanding debt .payment followup. Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.bank reconcillation.knowledge of Tally & SAP B1. Identifying potential cash flow problems and financial irregularities. Accurately preparing tax returns and ensuring that company taxes are paid in a timely manner. Providing regular updates to management regarding company finances
