Indecomm is looking for Program Manager with 8-12 Years experience in Program Management, Product Management or Engineering Management. Experience in Agile Project Management (Scrum, XP, TDD), and leading teams in Agile development environments is desirable. PMP certification is preferred.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will have key responsibilities serving as the primary interface managing cross-functional deliverables. Key tasks include coordinating, tracking, and driving deliverables, serving as the face for Engineering within the company, coordinating activities between internal functional groups for major product releases, and managing weekly reporting to executive management. This position reports to the Head of delivery of Indecomm.
Previous experience in managing geographically distributed teams required with relevant experience in product development. Extensive experience in software product development with a track record of program management is a must!
Detailed responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate all program management activities ensuring that appropriate communications takes place across internal functional groups and with external partners as applicable
- Define program specific requirements and deliverables
- Tactical focal point for all program-related activities
- Drive schedule development and rationalization
- Host, organize & participate in project meetings & conference calls, record meeting minutes and actions
- Drive to closure program issues related to day to day activities among multiple programs
- Communicate status & issues to management in a timely manner. Escalate issues appropriately
- Track, update & monitor project summary dashboard

- Proven capability for successfully leading a distributed team in fast paced environment
- should be a go-getter who aggressively pursues project committed schedules while acting as a quality watchdog
- Process oriented, track record of developing efficient process interfaces
- Energetic, action oriented with solid business sense
- 8+ years of related work experience in Program Management, Product Management or Engineering Management
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability and conflict management capability.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and politically astute.
- Detailed oriented and well organized.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Effective verbal/written English communications
- Experience with Jira and other PM tools
- Direct experience with training and moving teams from Waterfall to Agile
Communication:
- Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively
- Holds regular status meetings with BU heads
- Frequent interaction with executive management (CTO, CEO, BU heads, HR etc).
- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations to large teams including executives and board members
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
- Astute cross cultural awareness and experience in working with international teams (especially US)
