Senior Business Support Analyst - Noida @ Ameriprise

• This role will need to support the Front Office Investment Business in their overall use of Aladdin, our Order Management System
• To help our business to ensure we are fully utilizing all aspects of the Aladdin system through work such as sharing and documenting best practices on Aladdin, prioritizing urgent tickets with BlackRock Solutions (BRS) and maintaining our Permissions structure on Aladdin

The main responsibilities of this role would be as follows-

Support the Aladdin permission process -

• Ensure adherence to audit reviews and controls.
• Day to day implementation of permissions and user group access changes across all departments using Aladdin.
• Review of new fund launches to ensure all relevant access is in place.

Data gathering, analysis and reporting project work-

• Streamlining permissions structure.
• Portfolio Group clean-up exercises.

Support weekly meetings with BRS-

• Note taking.
• Maintaining weekly ticket tracking spreadsheets.

Act as an escalation point and source of information for the Aladdin Superuser group globally -

• Monitor the Superuser chat room for questions and escalations.

Assist Business Managers with communication to the Front Office -

• Cascading Aladdin production issues, changes to Aladdin and updates on relevant projects.

Documentation -

• Maintain and further develop procedure documentation.
• Document portfolio group and permissions data dictionaries.

Monitoring for escalations from the business, prioritizing them and escalating to our relationship team at BRS.

Required Qualification-

• Candidate should have minimum of 3-5 years with bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Specifically beneficial - Aladdin Permissions / Port Group knowledge
• Able to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects at one time. Thrives in a dynamic fast-moving environment. Able to pivot quickly to address top priority items.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - a significant amount of the project work will require proficient Excel knowledge.
• Approachable, positive, able to collaborate with people globally at all levels in the organization and with 3rd party vendors.
• Able to determine and document requirements from business users.
• Must work well independently as well as be a collaborative team player.
• Keen interest in using technology to improve business processes.
• Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity and communicate understanding in a simple and concise way.
• Ability to create and analyze KPI data.

Preferred Qualification-

• Asset Management experience.
• Experience of working with third party providers and internal tech teams to manage priorities.
• Experience of systems user access protocols.
• An understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivative investments.
• Knowledge of SharePoint site construction.
• Knowledge of PowerBI.
• Candidate should have masters degree or equivalent.
