Job Description:
Interprets findings and prepares initial drafts of standard reports.
Works with internal and external datasets, and client reference data, and provides analysis in market development for securities data. Applies techniques such as querying to extract data for analysis.
Provides information based on data-related questions from internal and external clients and may help provide solutions. Ensures that all customer responses are thoroughly documented and verified.
SKILL SETS REQUIRED: Data analytics; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Well versed with MS Office tools; Training skills, Reporting, Working knowledge of iGrafX, Visio
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Includes percentage of time spent over an average month or year on each responsibility - minimum percentage 10%)
1. Responsible for quality checking opening/maintenance/closing of client accounts on a standard system by logically interpreting the requests coming from the clients/client facing groups. Meeting the daily SLAs and avoiding risk events, trainings (functional, systems,) to all new joiners - 20%
2. Processes all requests using established procedures by performing relevant checks and controls, under the close supervision of more senior staff to meet all defined SLAs and avoid risk events; perform periodic procedure reviews 20%
3. Needs to contribute to process efficiency ideas, re-engineering, and automation 20%
4. Active participation in RCA and error log analysis to avoid reoccurrence of errors/OREs via implementation of controls and identifying gaps if any 20%
5. May assist with the implementation of new software releases, coordinating dates of delivery for test and production. Provides technical support for conversions by investigating client issues and researching new functionality 20%
