Job Description

The individual will lead a high-performing team overseeing global compliance measures. Responsibilities include social media oversight, social media fraudulent activities, AML compliance, reporting, automations, and communication surveillance. His leadership will be pivotal in optimizing processes, providing global support, and driving regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze social media profiles, and activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations, working with business to address any concerns and proactively identify new or emerging trends or tools.
  • Safeguard against cyber threats, sensitive information loss, and fraudulent activities through management of alerts within company systems working with various business groups to validate or escalate as needed.
  • Monitor electronic communications, identifying and addressing any potential compliance risks, and identifying any new monitoring needs.
  • Tool and process support activities such as creation of tip sheets, testing, expiration extension requests, access requests and general inquiries regarding CCRG owned tools and processes.
  • Ensure documentation and support materials are kept current.
  • Conduct analysis to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, including screening individuals and entities against relevant lists, managing alerts and conducting queries.
  • Create, manage and optimize workflow automations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance processes.
  • Implement strategies for risk mitigation, including targeted testing based on regulatory activities and keywords.
  • Provide support and resolution for user queries and concerns related to compliance tools and processes.
  • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and direction in executing compliance responsibilities and developing thought leaders within the team.
  • Effectively manage changing priorities, expectations, and concerns, collaborating closely with business partners for responsive compliance actions.
  • Implement and oversee compliance measures, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and internal policies.


Required Qualifications

  • Graduate from a tier 1 university with minimum 8 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of Electronic Communication Surveillance. AML compliance and Data Management & Reporting.
  • Understanding of social media fraudulent activities, process automations.
  • Strong command on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power-apps, SharePoint.
