The Store Manager is responsible for managing daily store operations, including overseeing customer satisfaction, customer service, communication with customers and staff, store management, and retail loss prevention. The Store Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that sales goals are achieved, expenses are minimized, and profits are maximized. Qualifications Customer. satisfaction and customer service skills Only Hotel, Restaurant or FMCG Industry candidate required. Excellent Communication skills Store Management skills Retail Loss Prevention skills Experience in the food and hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
