Job Title: Assistant HR Manager Location: Trivandrum Department: Human resources Salary: 25hidden_mobile0/month we are assisting our client a leading Automobile company in hiring an Assistant HR Manager. to support our HR department in various functions. As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate closely with the Team to ensure the smooth and effective operation of HR processes and initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Coordinate employee training and development programs, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and tracking participation. Handle employee. inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Support performance management processes, including assisting with goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when necessary. Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees. Collaborate with department managers to address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive work culture and employee engagement. Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Requirements master's in HR is Preferred 2-3 years of HR experience Experience from the automobile industry is preferred
