Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead the Talent Database project as PMO, collaborating with the Global PM to:

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards

Design automated workflows

Create and track meaningful KPIs

Engage with regional and global stakeholders

Partner with HR IT to drive data-driven decision making through business analytics

Create compelling marketing materials and internal communications

Contribute to global projects focused on people development and strategic communications

Support key Finance COO initiatives including planning, governance, and talent development

Demonstrated track record of driving initiatives from concept to completion
