Note : 5 days work from Office. Atleast one round must be F2F.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with extensive experience in Generative AI to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert (SME), mentor a team of AI/ML specialists and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras and in using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy and Scikit-Learn., with strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with AWS services, particularly AWS Bedrock and Lambda functions, as well as familiarity with Azure.
- Hands-on expertise in LangChain (agents, chains, memories, parsers, document loaders) and CrewAI.
- Develop and optimize Generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based architectures, tailored to solve complex business problems.
- Proven ability to develop and optimize NLP models, and build production-ready RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, chatbots, and AI applications using OpenAI APIs, Ollama, Llama, and llamaparse.
- Advanced prompt engineering techniques, including Chain of Thought (CoT) prompting.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, YML file management and Airflow
- Strong understanding of system design principles, including security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience in responsible AI practices, including guardrails and moderation mechanisms.
- Experience with large-scale AI model training and fine-tuning.
