Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Prior experience in a credit bureau or financial services environment is a strong advantage.


Requirement responsibilities :


  • Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a Credit Bureau or related financial service is an added advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be comfortable working from the office 6 days a week.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound calls from customers and address inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information related to services and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure adherence to company protocols and compliance standards.
