Job Description

Design implement workflow processes.
Ensure quality of Deliverables
Interaction with clients
Ensure timely client communication
Ensure proper execution of projects
Monitor the quality and provide feedback to individuals or team.
Maintain process documents and ensure regular updates
Ensure all updates from clients are recorded
Ensure proper allocation of work to team members
Ensure the Turnaround time is adhered as per SLAs
Participate in conference calls with the clients/ top management
