Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong expertise in backend and database development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of the web applications. They should have a deep understanding of web development technologies, frameworks, and best practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of web applications using modern web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient backend APIs and services using backend technologies such as Node.js, Python. Build and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models for relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Collaborate with. cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define requirements, plan project milestones, and deliver high-quality solutions. Perform code reviews, write automated tests, and ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in web development, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Work in an agile environment, participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, and contribute to the teams success by meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality work. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong expertise in database management and backend development. Proficiency in frontend technologies and frameworks such as HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Angular. Solid understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or equivalent. Experience building and optimizing database schemas, queries, and data models for relational and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in an agile development environment and using version control systems such as Git. Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development
