Job Description

We are urgent hiring An Air Ticketing Executive is a professional responsible for handling the process of booking airline tickets for customers. Their primary duties include:

Customer Service: Interacting with customers to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
Booking Flights: Using computer reservation systems (CRS) or online booking platforms to search for available flights, compare prices, and reserve seats according to customer preferences.
Issuing Tickets: Finalizing bookings, issuing electronic or paper tickets, and providing customers with all necessary travel documents.
Handling Changes and Cancellations: Assisting customers with changes to their travel plans, such as rescheduling flights, upgrading seats, or processing cancellations and refunds.
Providing Information: Offering information regarding flight schedules, airport facilities, baggage policies, visa requirements, and other relevant travel details.
Payment Processing: Handling payments, issuing invoices, and ensuring that transactions are processed accurately and securely.
Resolving Issues: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to ensure customer satisfaction.
Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of changes in airline regulations, fare structures, and industry trends to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information
Salary: In India, the salary of an Air Ticketing Executive can range from INR 2,00,000 to INR 5,00,000 per annum for entry-level positions. Experienced professionals with several years of experience and additional skills may earn higher salaries, ranging from INR 3,00,000 to INR 8,00,000 or more annually, depending on factors such as job responsibilities and the organization's scale
