Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Wintel Administrator with expertise in Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365, VMware, Hyper-V, Dell PowerEdge servers, Dell EMC storage, Windows Server administration, and Active Directory (AD) This role requires managing on-premises and cloud infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and security best practices while ensuring system availability, security, and performance.

Salary Range: 5-7 Lakhs P.A onwards
Experience: 3 to 4 Years
Reporting to: MSP Project lead
Timing: Willing to work 24/7 rotational shift

Must have:
Key Responsibilities:
Dell PowerEdge Server Administration:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Dell PowerEdge servers
- Perform firmware/BIOS updates, RAID configurations, and server health monitoring.
- Troubleshoot hardware failures and coordinate with Dell support.
Dell EMC Storage Management:
- Manage Dell EMC storage solutions (Unity, VNX, Vnxe, VMAX, etc.)
- Handle LUN provisioning, snapshots, replication, SAN/NAS storage management.
- Optimize storage performance and implement backup and recovery solutions.
Virtualization (VMware Hyper-V):
- Administer VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter) and Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
- Perform VM provisioning, clustering, resource allocation, and vMotion/Live Migration.
- Optimize virtualized workloads, storage performance, and backup strategies.
Windows Server AD Management:
- Maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, including performance tuning and security hardening.
- Apply patching via WSUS, SCCM, or Intune for Windows OS and AD.
- Manage Active Directory (AD DS), Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domain controllers.
Backup Administration:
- Manage backup solutions like Veeam, Commvault, Veritas NetBackup, or Azure Backup.
Good to Have
Azure Cloud Administration:
- Manage Azure IaaS/PaaS services, including VMs, Azure Active Directory (AAD), Storage, Networking (VNets, NSGs).
- Implement and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Monitor cloud resource utilization
Microsoft 365 Administration:
- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
- Manage M365 security policies, compliance settings, and conditional access.
- Troubleshoot issues related to email flow, MFA, and identity synchronization (AAD Connect, AD FS).
RMM/Ticketing:
- Knowledge of RMM and PSA ticketing tools will be a value add to support the MSP project.
