• Facilitating Scrum Events
• Coaching the Product Owner
• Facilitating Stakeholder Collaboration
• Supporting Organizational Adoption of Scrum
• Facilitating Scrum Events
• Working During Client Business Hours
• Real-time Collaboration / Direct Interaction with Clients - Immediate responses to team/client queries, sync-ups, and meetings. Mainly on P1/P2 Production Issues or Business Adhoc Queries / Reports
• Faster Decision-Making - Quick approvals, unblocking team members, and aligning with stakeholders.
• Higher Visibility - Active presence in stand-ups, reviews, and client calls builds trust.
• Better Alignment with Business Needs - Direct interaction ensures work matches expectations.
• Facilitating Stakeholder Collaboration
• Protecting the Team
• Drive the morning and evening sprint meeting during on call
• Follow-up with business to fix the impudent if there any from IT and QA team
• Coaching the Development Team
• Removing Impediments
